Am I going to have to cook two lots of meals or can the whole family do it?

The whole family can eat the food, in fact it is encouraged that the whole family eat following the BePure Principles.   Individual differences within a family can easily be catered for within the same meal.

 

How much exercise do I have to do?

Strenuous exercise is not recommended during the programme as the focus should be on making the best nutritional changes as possible and this is where the best results are gained.  Only when the nutritional principles are ‘owned’ should strenuous exercise be under taken.

 

Is there anything I can’t eat?

You will be asked to eliminate and reintroduce certain foods from your diet to help you establish your food intolerance’s.

 

Am I going to have to buy diet supplements?

There are no ‘diet pills’ on the programme, however depending on the needs of your system recommendations will be made during the programme to help improve nutritional  status and organ function.  The BePure programme is a food based programme, however, results can be speeded up by the addition of extra nutrition in the form of supplements.

What tests do you undertake to assess people’s metabolism, minerals and organs?

Participants are asked to complete an incoming Health Assessment Questionnaire at the beginning of the programme.  The participant’s scores for each section are then referred to each week to highlight an individuals needs.

At certain times of the programme individuals are encouraged to take mineral tests and are encouraged to take further testing through their G.P if a particular problem arises from the Health Assessment questionnaire.

Participants are taught how to recognise individual problems within their organ function and recommendations are made through to programme to remedy these problems.

 

How do you understand an individual’s genetic requirements?

Through a test and a series of challenges participants are able to determine their individual genetic requirements for the main foods they should be eating.  This process usually takes 3 weeks.

Ben acts as your guide teaching you how to listen to your body – during the programme he covers all the major aspects that are important to losing weight and being healthy.  By making the time to watch all the video content the programme results can be maximized.
