You Can’t Get All You Need From Your Diet!
Even as good as my diet is…I still need to supplement…if anyone tells you different, don’t walk away from them, RUN. You’ve only got to look at all the deficiency’s that the population exhibits to realize we are not getting anywhere close to the amount of nutrients we need to not have cell dysfunction, let alone live optimally!
I believe to get everything you need you would have to be growing your food yourself and eating it picked fresh, the soil you are growing it in would have taken at least 3 years of mineralization and bacterialisation to maximize nutrient flow into the plant, you then would have to pick it fresh and eat it raw (and don’t forget to eat your offal) – plus not have a job because the increased stressors of work would also increase your nutrient needs beyond this scope. So, I guess when I say you can’t get everything you need from your food I really mean it is possible… but ‘YOU’ WILL NOT BE GETTING EVERYTHING YOU NEED from your food!
The chances are you don’t get all the healthy nutrients you need from your diet.
I would like you to receive all your nutrition from high quality unprocessed nutrient dense foods but realise it is not practical for you at this time.
So, if you currently supplement your diet by taking a multivitamin every day that’s great (but you need to look at the options) and if not, you should seriously consider it.
